Profile and component development
The extent in which we at Profitech are concerned with your satisfaction as a client is most of all demonstrated by the effort we put into the development of our profiles and components. Especially our precisely manufactured profile systems require particular development and production efforts in order to ensure an optimal synthesis of light weight and high rigidity.
We not only respond to the requirements of our clients in terms of profile sections and modular length measures, but also in the overall precision and resistance to wear. Initial simulations regarding the later weight and rigidity can be carried out as early as during the CAD development. This is followed by the production of prototypes for wear-resistance testing in order to establish the optimal balance between weight, torsion stability and modularity.
This extra effort ensures that Profitech F1 mounting system components, whilst offering optimal modularity, unfailingly number amongst the lightest and simultaneously most precise components on the market, and that at an incomparable price/performance ratio. An effort that is well worth it.
